1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern the relationship between [CONFIRM: registered
company name and registration number] ("we", "the platform"), operator of the Al Muhrim
application and the Agency Portal at agent.almuhrim.com, and the travel agency registering an
account ("you", "the agency").
By ticking the consent box at registration you confirm you are authorised to bind
the agency to these terms. We record the date, time and IP address of that consent.
2. Registration and approval
- Registration creates an account with pending status.
You cannot sign in until we approve it.
- We review each application and may approve or reject it at our discretion. A rejected
account cannot access the portal.
- [CONFIRM] What documentation an agency must hold —
for example a Ministry of Tourism licence, or an approved Hajj/Umrah operator permit — and
whether we verify it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register, and for keeping your
account credentials confidential.
3. Listing packages
- You may publish Hajj and Umrah packages through the portal. You are solely responsible for
the accuracy of every price, date, inclusion, exclusion and description you publish.
- You must be able to deliver every package you list, and must remove or update a listing
promptly when it is no longer available on the stated terms.
- We may remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or that we reasonably
believe you cannot deliver.
4. Bookings and the pilgrim relationship
- The platform introduces pilgrims to your agency and passes booking enquiries to you. The
travel contract is between you and the pilgrim. We are not a party to it, not a travel agent,
and not a tour operator.
- You are responsible for delivering the package, for the conduct of your staff and
sub-contractors, and for handling complaints, refunds and cancellations.
- [CONFIRM] Your obligations on response time, and what
happens if a booking is not responded to.
5. Fees
We do not charge a commission on bookings made through the platform.
[CONFIRM] Whether any other fee applies —
a listing fee, subscription, or paid promotion — and if not, state plainly that use of the portal
is free of charge. Also confirm whether this can change and on what notice.
6. Data
- We pass you the personal data of pilgrims who enquire about your packages so that you can
respond to them. You may use it only for that purpose.
- You must not sell that data, use it for unrelated marketing, or retain it longer than you
need it.
- Our handling of personal data is described in our
Privacy Policy.
7. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the portal at any time and ask us to close your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misleads pilgrims, or is
the subject of repeated unresolved complaints.
- Closing an account does not affect bookings you have already accepted; you remain
responsible for delivering them.
8. Liability
The platform is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a volume of
enquiries, or any level of business.
[CONFIRM] Limitation of liability and
indemnity wording. This clause in particular should not ship without legal review.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify registered agencies of material changes
[CONFIRM: by what means and with how much notice].
Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
[CONFIRM] Governing law and jurisdiction — presumably
the Republic of Maldives, but state it explicitly.
